Is it better to wash your hands or use hand sanitizer?

We all know the drill. “Please wash your hands before you enter our store” has been repeated to us multiple times since the start of this global pandemic. And though it may be quite bothersome, washing your hands has been proven to be the best at removing germs and bacteria that hand sanitizers may not be able to kill.

Alcohol based hand sanitizers work by killing germs on your hands, however, washing your hands properly with hand soap and water removes germs from your hands.

Our Salve Active Care Foaming Hand Soap, in addition to killing 99.9% of illness-causing viruses and bacteria, also includes glycerine, which keeps your hands moisturized and soft after washing and opposed to other brands of hand washes or hand sanitizer which can dry out your hands and leave you feeling uncomfortable.

Our hand washes are available in three fragrances: Cherry Blossom, Aloe Vera, Sea Berries and are manufactured by Bryden Pi.
