How To Disinfect Your Home When Someone Has Been Ill

As much as we may try our best to be safe and take all the necessary precautions that we can- sometimes we may still fall victim to viruses and bacteria. In this blog, we’ll guide you on how to clean and disinfect your home properly after you or someone in your home has been diagnosed with the flu or any similar illnesses!

Since viruses and bacteria can live on surfaces for up to 24 hours, be sure to wipe down hard surfaces around the home using the Salve Active Care Disinfectant Spray. Use this on countertops, tables, door handles, remote controls and everywhere else that persons in the home interact with on a daily basis.

Change your bedsheets and pillow cases. Wash these in warm water since warm water is more effective for removing germs and bacteria than cold water is.

Disinfect the air often with Salve Active Care aerosol spray to tackle common germs that may be lingering in the air. Allow fresh air and sunlight to penetrate the rooms in your home.

Wash your hands! Use Salve Active Care Foaming Handwash after coming in contact with any germ-carrying surfaces around the home.
